Showtimes for Freak Orlando

Synopsis

Orlando travels across eras in changing bodies and identities. Five episodes, spanning mythical times to the present, form a surreal history of people treated as outsiders. Ulrike Ottinger’s second Berlin-trilogy film radically reimagines Virginia Woolf’s novel through extravagant tableaux and theatrical encounters.
