The operator of Eigakan Guide (the “Site”) handles visitor information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect
The Site collects the following information:
- Usage information such as visited URLs, referrers, access times, approximate location, browser and device information, and reservation-button clicks. This may include cookies and similar identifiers.
- The email address and message entered in the contact form.
- A cookie used to remember the selected display language.

Google Analytics
The Site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, acquisition sources, reservation-button clicks, and similar activity. A reservation click includes identifiers for the movie, cinema, and showtime, but does not include information entered in the contact form. Google processes information using cookies and similar technologies.

Google reCAPTCHA
The Site uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect the contact form from spam and abuse. Information processed by reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Resend / iCloud Mail
Contact enquiries are transmitted using Resend and received and stored in iCloud Mail. These providers process the email address and message as necessary to provide their services.
Amazon Web Services
The Site is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Application logs generated for operation and security are retained for up to seven days.
Sentry
The Site uses Sentry to detect and investigate software errors. When an error occurs, Sentry may process the page URL, device and browser information, network information, recent interactions, and technical error details. Information entered in the contact form is not intentionally sent to Sentry.
4. Sharing and international processing
We do not sell visitor information. Information is sent to the service providers identified above only as necessary to provide their services or where required by law. Those providers may process information outside the visitor's country of residence.
5. Retention
Contact information is retained for as long as necessary to respond and maintain related records, then deleted appropriately. Analytics information is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration and Google's policies. Cookies expire at the end of their configured lifetime or when removed through the visitor's browser.
6. Cookies and visitor choices
Visitors can delete or reject cookies through their browser settings. Rejecting cookies may limit analytics and prevent preferences such as the selected display language from being saved.
7. Requests about your information
When a visitor asks to access, correct, or delete information we hold about them, we will verify their identity and respond in accordance with applicable law.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Site or applicable law. We will provide clear notice on the Site when a change is significant.
