Showtimes for Mouchette

Synopsis

Fourteen-year-old Mouchette lives with an ill mother and an alcoholic father, finding little kindness at home or school. A night lost in the woods and an encounter with a poacher deepen her distress. Bresson observes her vulnerability with austere precision.
